Het thema van deze middag is:
Voeding en fysieke degeneratie
Geïnspireerd door Weston Price, tandarts met een andere visie in de jaren dertig van de vorige eeuw, is dit
de rode draad van deze middag. Aan bod komen onder andere gezonde en ongezonde vetten; hier is zoveel onwetendheid over. Wat kunnen we in de keuken bij het kokkerellen wel gebruiken en wat moeten we absoluut vermijden?
Deze informatie zal verheldering geven.
Gifstoffen in je lichaam
welke invloed heeft dit op ons systeem en ligt hier een verband met degeneratie?
Piekeren, we piekeren wat af met zijn allen maar hoe kunnen we hier positief mee omgaan?
